Happy Fall Y'all!

Hey everyone! Long time, no see! Life has brought me on yet another adventure - I'm back on the east coast of Canada and couldn't be happier! For those who have been following me for a while (it's been 5 whole years since I started designing, although it's been a rocky few years for me!) I started out designing while I was living in Tokyo, Japan! Then I moved to Texas, and THEN my last adventure was in the northern part of Alberta, Canada - boy, was that cold!
I made the transition back to Nova Scotia, where I'm originally from, last month. The best news is - I am re-opening my digital scrapbooking designs shop very SOON! I can't tell you where yet because it's a secret! It feels so good to be back designing and feeling that creative mojo flowing! When it's part of your being, it's hard to be without that feeling. 

This is a long weekend in Canada for Thanksgiving. Most families probably celebrated on Sunday, but my family is waiting for Monday so my sister, who was on shift as a nurse all weekend, can join us. So tonight, while mom was prepping her infamous stuffing (which I absolutely love!), I sat at the kitchen table with my watercolors and played around a bit. She doesn't let anyone help with the turkey or stuffing, in case they mess up! So I painted, with a grateful heart - and a hungry tummy!

I don't promise that these are perfect - but I thought they were kinda cute - and maybe you can use them for a project! Maybe play around with the transparency a bit to get an effect you like, or change the color of them! I'd love to see any projects you create with my products and freebies!
